The thief has a long list of theft convictions on his c riminal record, including violation charges because he stole the painkiller Dilaudid previously. Peter has served a combined 28 months in state p rison for various o ffenses that include c ocaine possession, burglary, forgery, resisting a rrest, grand theft, auto theft, and failure to appear in court.
