FCC received over 100 complaints about Rihanna’s halftime show: ‘So indecent I had to turn off the TV’

Now, who would have thought that parents might be perturbed by a pregnant woman wiggling on a stage, grabbing her crotch and sniffing her fingers during a football game?

Because it turns out a whole lot of people weren’t happy with Rihanna’s sexually-charged Super Bowl LVII halftime show.

In fact, they were angry enough to contact the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and complain about it.

According to TMZ, the FCC, a government agency tasked with regulating television content, fielded 103 complaints about the Super Bowl, and nearly all of them were from outraged viewers who felt RiRi’s lyrics and choreography ran afoul of wholesome family entertainment.

Some of the nearly 119 million viewers even likened Rihanna’s performance to a porno.

“This year the halftime show was so indecent I had to turn off the TV because of the pornographic content,” wrote a viewer from Utah.

“She spread her a** cheek at the crack,” a viewer in Florida seethed. “She rubbed her pants where her labia were three times.”

Others called the gyrations of her Oompa Loompa-like dancers — who did most of the heavy lifting, as the 35-year-old superstar was noticeably pregnant — “patently offensive and completely inappropriate for children.”

Those who weren’t dialing the FCC took to social media to express their anger.

As BizPac Review reported, former President Donald Trump fired off a post on Truth Social, calling Rihanna’s set “without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history.”

“This after insulting far more than half of our Nation, which is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language,” Trump fumed. “Also, so much for her ‘Stylist!’”

WWE legend Bill Goldberg called the show “frickin’ horrible” and said he was “disgusted” by it, TMZ reported.

Still others called it straight-up “satanic.”

One California viewer, TMZ reports, compared Rihanna’s performance to that of Kim Petras and Sam Smith’s shocking performance at the Grammys, telling the FCC, “I don’t care what someone worships but children shouldn’t be exposed to pornography and as an adult I don’t wish to see it … Where has decency gone? How about respect for others and self?”

But not everyone was hating on the singer.

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal called Rihanna’s performance “beautiful” before telling her critics to “shut the f— up.”

All you people disrespecting my Rihanna, shut your face. Shut it up,” Shaq said on his “Big Podcast.”

“I was there – it was beautiful,” he stated. “She did a great job. I didn’t know she was pregnant until she bust out, but leave this lady alone…”

“You did a great job. I love you,” the sports superstar said. “All you people that got something to say: shut the f— up.”

“We living in a world where people got too much freedom,” he continued. “Keep your f–king thoughts to yourself. She did a wonderful job, she’s pregnant, she blessed it, she did her thing, she didn’t fall. Just leave it there. All you superstars that’s disrespectful and causing beef, shut your face. Shut it up.”
