Less than 24 hours after Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a live event at Utah Valley University, officials confirmed the act was premeditated.

“Preliminary evidence suggests premeditation,” said an FBI spokesperson, adding that they’re not ruling out “the involvement of additional individuals.”

Attack During Speech

Kirk had just taken the stage before gunfire erupted. Panic followed as attendees ducked for cover.

Kirk died on site, and the auditorium was quickly locked down.

Investigation Underway

Authorities are analyzing surveillance footage and digital messages found on a suspect’s phone.

“This is still an active and fluid investigation,” said Utah’s police chief, emphasizing the search for possible accomplices.

Supporters, students, and public figures paid tribute, while campuses nationwide reevaluate security.

“It was an attack on open conversation,” said one emotional attendee. Outside the auditorium, flowers and handwritten notes now mark the tragedy: “We will not forget.”
