\nFox opened up about life with Parkinson\u2019s at SXSW, saying that although the disease has stopped him from pursuing many things and changed his life completely, he doesn\u2019t regret the life he has lived. He remains positive in the face of the illness and hopes to encourage others with his new film.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe understand each other. And if you go through something like I am going through, just have someone that you are going to look at and know that they know [what you\u2019re dealing with]. She is my best friend and she is still sexy as hell as she is great.\u201d<\/p>\n
