However, with a debris field now discovered, some are wondering whether an implosion of the sub had taken the lives of its passengers much sooner than today.<\/p>\n<p>Blockchain investor Mario Nawfal shared the news as well, opining that the report \u201cconfirms\u201d that the ship\u2019s carbon fiber hull \u201cimploded.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis confirms what we\u2019ve discussed for 8 hours yesterday: The carbon fibre hull of the submersible IMPLODED, killing everyone onboard instantly,\u201d Nawfal wrote.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"r-b88u0q\">\u201cThe bad news<\/span>: Everyone is unfortunately dead. And all that has to happen before the passengers\u2019 oxygen supply runs out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-85 p Component-p-0-2-75\">Dr. Rob Larter, a marine geophysicist with the British Antarctic Survey, emphasized the difficulty of even finding something the size of the sub \u2014 which is about 22 feet (6.5 meters) long and 9 feet (nearly 3 meters) high.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-85 p Component-p-0-2-75\">\u201cYou\u2019re talking about totally dark environments,\u201d in which an object several dozen feet away can be missed, he said. \u201cIt\u2019s just a needle in a haystack situation unless you\u2019ve got a pretty precise location.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trendingpoliticsnews.com\/titanic-sub-out-of-oxygen\/\">Five people were aboard<\/a>\u00a0the submersible on an expedition costing $250,000 per person.
