Deputies immediately entered the cell, activated medics, and began life saving measures. Albany Fire Department paramedics arrived on scene at 05:18 a.m. and soon thereafter pronounced Ms. Ketcham deceased.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added that no further details would be revealed as the investigation was still ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Ketcham was charged with six counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sex abuse, on count of first-degree sodomy, and six other sex offenses.<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecutor Keith Stein, the charges only represented a fraction of Ketcham\u2019s alleged abuse. He told the court: \u201cThis is a situation where hundreds of charges could have been brought.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.opposingviews.com\/.image\/t_share\/MTkwNDcyODEyMDkwMTczMzM4\/boy3.jpg\" alt=\"Photo Credit: Google\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo Credit:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ketcham allegedly raped the boy from 2015 to January 2020, when he told police about the abuse. Ketcham denied the accusations brought against her.<\/p>\n<p>To protect the alleged victim\u2019s identity, investigators didn\u2019t disclose Ketcham\u2019s relationship with the boy.
