Greg Gutfeld just skewered former US Women\u2019s Soccer player and constant woke voice of nonsense, Megan Rapinoe, for her post-athletic career stance on women\u2019s sports, arguing that she is throwing women under the bus in the hope of accolades from her friends on the woke left.<\/p>\n
Beginning, Gutfeld jokes that Rapinoe\u2019s wokeness is a \u201cgold mine\u201d for conservative media and then turned to bashing her for her stance on transgender athletes in women\u2019s sports after she left women\u2019s sports,saying<\/a>,\u201cWe\u2019re mining for whining and this gold rush is currently being led by Megan Rapinoe, mostly famous for damaging brands she endorses and much less for playing women\u2019s soccer, and she\u2019s now happily endorsed biological men playing women\u2019s sports. Of course, now that she no longer plays, and to her, it\u2019s the men who are the victims, not the girls they beat or replace.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Continuing, Gutfled argued that, despite Rapinoe\u2019s protestations that women\u2019s sports are not deleteriously affected by trans participation in them, arguing that trans individuals are taking over women\u2019s sports and crowding out women athletes,saying<\/a><\/p>\n , \u201cTrans are clobbering women in sports, literally. It\u2019s not our fault if you can\u2019t read or operate a smartphone, but she\u2019s right in one respect. No one cares about women\u2019s sports as much as we care about fairness or line cutting, which is what men who say they\u2019re women are doing. The line to the winner\u2019s circle is always shorter if you\u2019re a dude playing women\u2019s sports.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n He added that even Martina Navratilova, herself no conservative, slammed Rapinoe\u2019s comments,saying<\/a>, \u201cTennis legend Martina Navratilova, backhanded Rapinoe\u2019s hysterics with a single word, \u201cYikes\u2026.\u201d She\u2019s an eloquent woman, and again, a reminder, she once called me an \u201casswhipe.\u201d So, you know, she\u2019s smart.
