That sentiment was echoed across the league, with a few coaches taking it a step further. \u201cIt\u2019s disrespectful to our nation and to those who served,\u201d said Bills Offensive Coordinator Jack Bowman, \u201cI didn\u2019t get a vote, but I made my opinion clear.\u201d<\/p>\n
Bills Head Coach Art Tubolls was one of the holdouts in the end. Bowman, who\u2019s been with the team for 20 years, is retiring at the end of the season.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s a lot of bullhonkey all in one place,\u201d said ALLOD Sportsball Correspondent Tara Newhole, \u201cThose people don\u2019t exist in football. That kind of a vote would be\u2026the silliest thing ever. Who the hell came up with this one?\u201d<\/p>\n
Newhole has a point. Since the coaches we listed aren\u2019t actually coaches, there may be something to be said for the validity of the vote. We\u2019ve reached out to the NFL for clarification.<\/p>\n
