Deputies immediately entered the cell, activated medics, and began life saving measures. Albany Fire Department paramedics arrived on scene at 05:18 a.m. and soon thereafter pronounced Ms. Ketcham deceased.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"m-in-content-ad-row l-inline mm-in-content-ad-row--in-content not-size-a not-size-b not-size-d\" data-ad-group=\"in_content-0\">\n<div class=\"m-in-content-ad not-size-a not-size-b not-size-d\" data-ad-group=\"in_content-0\" data-zone-count=\"5\">\n<div class=\"not-size-a not-size-b not-size-d m-in-content-ad is-empty not-filled\">\n<div id=\"ad-2a83b7268cf4477a848e65e32428f0dd\" data-google-query-id=\"CJrQrLTGkP0CFRDluwgdHEYBSw\">\n<p>He added that no further details would be revealed as the investigation was still ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Ketcham was charged with six counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sex abuse, on count of first-degree sodomy, and six other sex offenses.<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecutor Keith Stein, the charges only represented a fraction of Ketcham\u2019s alleged abuse. Ketcham denied the accusations brought against her.<\/p>\n<p>To protect the alleged victim\u2019s identity, investigators didn\u2019t disclose Ketcham\u2019s relationship with the boy.
