Experts say the listing may have resulted from automated systems that allowed unvetted or AI-generated content to bypass oversight mechanisms, raising concerns about the platform\u2019s ability to prevent misinformation and exploitation of real-world tragedies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1640\">Kirk was allegedly killed by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who was arrested after being turned in by his father, a retired police officer.
