And then he just\u2026 kept saying it. Over and over. Like it was a nervous tic.<\/p>\n
Lawler: \u201cI voted for the largest tax cut in American history. The average New Yorker got a $4,000 tax cut.\u201d
\nJeffries: \u201cYou\u2019re embarrassing yourself.\u201d
\nLawler: \u201cYou want to cut the standard deduction in half?\u201d
\nJeffries: \u201cYou\u2019re embarrassing yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n
When Lawler hit him with facts, Jeffries hit back with attitude:<\/p>\n
\u201cWhy don\u2019t you just keep your mouth shut?\u201d

By the end, Jeffries was flailing \u2014 accusing Lawler of \u201cshilling for billionaires,\u201d dodging questions about his party\u2019s support for anti-Israel radicals, and sputtering through talking points like a malfunctioning teleprompter.<\/p>\n
